1. Delivery Coverage

We currently ship only throughout the United Kingdom.

Shipping times and services may vary depending on your location and the size of your order.

Orders are usually prepared and dispatched within 2–3 business days (Monday to Friday), excluding bank holidays.

During busy periods, such as sales events and holidays, processing times may be extended slightly. If there is a significant delay due to unforeseen circumstances, we will notify you.

3. Shipping Costs

Free Standard Shipping is available on all orders within the United Kingdom. No minimum spend is required.

4. Estimated Delivery Time

After your order has been processed, delivery generally takes:

  • Processing Time: 2–3 business days
  • Transit Time: 4–9 business days
  • Estimated Total Delivery Time: 6–12 business days

We are unable to deliver to:

  • Military addresses (APO/FPO/DPO)

6. Undeliverable or Returned Orders

If a parcel cannot be delivered due to an incorrect address, failed delivery attempts, or refusal of delivery, it may be returned to us.

In such cases, we will contact you to arrange redelivery. Additional shipping charges may apply at this point.
